Wildly the Workshop is a styled workshop/retreat geared toward female photographers. The workshop is co-hosted and created by Michelle Larmand (a photographer and stylist), and Stephanie Penner, (a stylist, florist, blogger and sometimes model). Together, we want to give an intimate group of photographers the opportunity to experience exploring and shooting in Canada's most picturesque destinations. At the heart of Wildly is an eye for style, beauty, gathering, and community. Over the course of four days and three nights, in an intimate setting, our aim is to show off our gorgeous North while incorporating three stunning styled shoots, mountain yoga, connecting over a campfire each night and finally sharing a styled al fresco dinner under the stars. (If you're already inspired head here to make sure you snag a spot)
We are excited to announce our guest instructor is Alyssa Hagan of Feather and North (California wedding photographer)! Over the course of four days Alyssa, Michelle and Stephanie will be covering topics that include: collaborating, styling, social media strategies, attracting ideal clients, work flow and editing. Stephanie and Michelle have put together 3 incredible styled shoots: The first will be a trappers tent elopement/couples shoot that will be modelled by Stephanie and James of @wildlyus. Secondly, we will venture out to another mountain location for an epically styled adventure elopement. To cap off the shoots we will be doing a sunrise hike that involves an adventure couple session. At all of the shoots you will have the opportunity to see how both Alyssa and Michelle interact with/capture their couples. Spoiler alert: we have some pretty talented artists and vendors lined up! All of this magic will be taking place at Sundance Lodges where we will be staying in trappers tents and learning in teepees located in the Rocky Mountains, near Banff Alberta.

As co-creators we come from two locations and backgroud/experience but met and came together through social media to collaborate on a styled shoot.
Our connection and work fit together magically. We've since worked on and created more content which often generates the question, "how did you put that together".
So, together, with our love of big hats, obsession with romantic love stories, and gatherings over wine and flowers, we wanted to share the idea of collaboration and beauty with other creators.
